If you have a support question that could use some face-to-face time, you can jump into a video chat during a one-hour timeslot in your local time zone.
Noting that these sessions are not guaranteed to be one-to-one, as other people may pop on the call, so if you'd like a private one-to-one session you can view details of our support packages here.
There are three sessions each week:
- Wednesdays from 12:30-1:30pm AEST (best for APAC)
- Wednesdays from 7-8pm AEST (best for UK/EU)
- Thursdays from 7-8am AEST (best for US - Wednesday afternoon)
